Theatre summer camp in York, PA
Step Back in Time is a Renaissance-themed course from Theatre Arts For Everyone (TAFE), held at the Union Lutheran Church East Campus, 700 East Market Street in York, Pennsylvania, for participants ages 13 to 18. Led by Lady Rochester, Sir Willem and Master Young, the sessions mix historical background with period songs, dances and games, and each participant creates an Elizabethan persona to show off what they have learned. The 2026 offering ran July 27 through August 1, meeting Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 8:30pm plus Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, at a cost of $100. Registration is via online form or mail-in form, scholarships are available, and refunds are prorated by cancellation date.
