Rosie's Turn (and the Great American Songbook Of Tortured Women) at Don't Tell Mama

Los Angeles performer Kelly Krauter brings her award-winning solo musical comedy to New York City for a three-night run. Rosie, a brash, big-dreaming farm girl turned Broadway-hopeful, forms an unexpected partnership that propels her from subway busker to smash hit sensation, before spiraling through loneliness and obscurity. Featuring iconic ballads from some of Broadway's most tormented female characters, this darkly comedic one-woman jukebox musical odyssey explores ambition, invisibility, and the cost of fighting for your dreams. The show is conceived and written by Kelly Krauter and directed by Tirosh Schneider.
