Laural Meade brings the extraordinary life and music of vaudeville legend Sophie Tucker to the stage in this tour de force performance. Combining the pizazz of Tucker's risqué songs with raucous audience interaction, writer-performer Laural Meade channels Tucker's irreverent wit and sexed-up spirit, with side-kick Fred Cassidy at the keys. The show previously played at the historic Gardenia Supper Club, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the Echo Theater Company, and the Namba Performing Arts Space, and won Best Cabaret/Burlesque at the 2025 Hollywood Fringe Festival.
