On the back roads of Appalachia there exists a subculture of car mechanics who are building mind-blowing vehicles that look like something out of another place and time. These mechanical savants cobble together old abandoned car bodies and mash them with parts off of anything and everything to make what is known as a rat rod. On REBEL ROAD, word has spread that the first rumble will be held at an undisclosed location in North Carolina, and the building theme for the first rumble says it all
