YOU GOT A PROBLEM, a short film by Grand Hotel the Musical's original Doorman actor turn director Charles Mandracchia will screen in New York at two prestigious film festivals. The Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema (August 4-13th) & the Long Island Film Festivals (August 1st-30th). The Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema is the first and only film festival of its kind held in Kew Gardens, NYC, The Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema was founded by three local independent filmmakers and Broadway artist with a passion to get movies made. Wanting to expand the reach of artists' work and recognizing the challenge of the visibility of independent film, their aim is to establish a presence in and spread awareness of cinematic creativity throughout Kew Gardens, Queens and the neighboring communities by including Broadway actors like Mandracchia has made this possible.

The Long Island Film Festival is the first annual Island-wide competitive film festival of its kind to stage public screenings and champion the creative, visionary and storytelling talents of both professional and Broadway actor/filmmakers from both America and abroad. This makes the Long Island Film Festival the longest running film festival on Long Island and host to past alums such as Vincent Gardenia, Uta Hagen, Steve Buscemi & more.

The short written, produced, animated, composed and directed by Mandracchia has won 13 IMBD Awards including The NYC INDE FILM AWARDS & The Global Independent Film Awards Film Festival for "Best Animation", the USA Eurasian Independent Film Festival for Best Animation, "Best Director Animation" in the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards & "Best Director Animation" in the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival. The short film went on to win the Accolade Film Festival for Best Animation & Best Direction & "The Genre Celebration Festival" in Los Angeles, Best Animation Short "Red Corner Festival" in USA/Italy and Best Animated Short Film category in the "Mediterranean Film Festival" (MEDFF) for 2016 & The Hang Onto Your Shorts Film Festival in Asbury Park.

You Got a Problem tells a story of Uncle LOUIE and his Italian-American Paisanos who solve a math problem that the Pizza man is having with a bunch of kids from a Brooklyn neighborhood. You got a problem, no problem...just call uncle Louie. He'll take care of it! No Problem!
