"The Outreach," a new web series by Stefan Hartmann and Carina Jollie, is available to view at www.theoutreachseries.com. The comedic series, born out of Hartmann's real life experience as a street fundraiser in Toronto, follows Essie on her journey to prove to her ex-girlfriend that she is a selfless person. Standing in Essie's way, however, are questionable charities, rational self-interest, and a ragtag group of Outreach employees.

The series features Gina Marie Jamieson ("Losing It with John Stamos," Stage Door's Butterflies are Free, Down Payment's Yes We Can ), Jessie Bear (This Is Not A Theater Company, Murmuration Theatre Company, Type What Now for NY Fringe) Carl Li (Revenge of the Green Dragons, Yangtze Rep), Carolyn Malfa (Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story national tour), and Kareem M. Lucas ("Boardwalk Empire," Sonnet Rep's The Servant of Two Masters).

Hartmann currently writes for Nickelodeon. Jollie is a producer at the "Chris Gethard Show" and was previously a member of the UCB digital team Pocketwatch. Both hold their MFA in Dramatic Writing from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

The series is available to watch at: www.theoutreachseries.com.
