Will Smith says this year's Academy Award nominations reflect a "series of challenges that we're having in our country at the moment." The actor, who currently stars in CONCUSSION, spoke exclusively to ABC's Robin Roberts about the #OscarsSoWhite Controversy, saying there is a "systematic bias that needs to be addressed across the industry."
