Wendy Williams passed out live on air during her talk show Tuesday morning. Toward the end of the show, Williams began stuttering and then stopped mid sentence. She became unsteady and then fell to the floor. Stage hands rush to her aid, before the show goes to commercial.

Her talk show airs live on the east coast, which was why the incident could not have been avoided.

After the forced commercial break, Williams returned and informed the audience that she was overheated from her Statue of Liberty costume.

"That was not a stunt. I'm overheated from my costume and I did pass out, but you know what? I'm a champ and I'm back!" she exclaimed after the break.

TMZ reported that the fire department did respond the studio. It is unclear what her condition is, but we imagine she is okay if she caught up to finish the show.
