On today's GOOD MORNING AMERICA, United CEO Oscar Munoz spoke in an exclusive first interview regarding a recent incident in which a passenger was violently dragged off a plane. Munoz tells ABC News that he felt 'shame' upon watching the disturbing video and promised customers, "this can never and will never happen again on a United Airlines flight."
