Rumors flew throughout the fall that the ladies of SEX AND THE CITY might be reuniting for a third film, with all sorts of social media teases, but no concrete information. The 2nd film was released back in 2010.

Today, on E!, John Corbett, who starred on the series as 'Aiden', boyfriend to Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie revealed that "There's a lot of story left to tell with those women and if HBO got it together, I'd like to see the show come back for a couple of seasons like The Comeback. I'd like to see them come back for, you know, eight or 10 episodes a year for a couple of more years."

Sounds good to us!

This fall, BWW reported that Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson stopped by the DISH NATION studios to reveal exclusive behind-the-scenes news about a "Sex and the City" sequel.

The actress and singer, who appeared in the first big screen adaptation of the HBO series as Carrie Bradshaw's (Sarah Jessica Parker) personal assistant, told DISH NATION that she has been in discussions about reprising her role. "Somebody just came to me talking about that," the 33-year-old shared. "So if it's in the talks, it might happen. So look for it."

On the same day, the film's stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis also joined in the hinting by tweeting the following posts to each other.

Kristin Davis: "@SJP Miss YOU XOXOXO!!"

Sarah Jessica Parker: "@KristinDavis Me too you! Heard the news?"

Kristin Davis: "@SJP Yyyeessssss... But I'm afraid to get TOO excited yet - You let me know when we can celebrate. XO"

Also this fall, Parker turned to Instagram to share a photo of herself on the familiar stoop that her 'Sex and the City' character Carrie Bradshaw often sat, captioning it: "It was take your @sjpcollection shoes to work day. #longdayforCarrie #whewwwwthosesteps #runninginheels #taxi!"

So what do you think SITC fans? Is a third movie going to happen?
