Meanwhile, Shane and Stephanie handle an incredibly busy ER by themselves and Alex reveals an emotional secret to Jo on a very special 200th episode of "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.
