VIDEO: Netflix Shares New Trailer for WINTER ON FIRE, Now Streaming

While holidays are usually a time of peace, charity and goodwill, Netflix has created a new trailer for WINTER ON FIRE, to remind viewers that during this time two years ago in Maidan, the Ukrainians gave their lives fighting a revolution.

What started as a peaceful student demonstration turned into a diverse movement that stood its ground in the midst of extreme bloodshed, despair and the harshest of conditions.

Directed by Evgeny Afineevsky, Winter on Fire, premiered at the Venice International Film Festival before playing both Telluride and Toronto, where it garnered the prestigious audience award.

Winter on Fire is now streaming exclusively on Netflix.
