'The Office' Star Oscar Nunez Completes Principal Cast Of Tim Realbuto's 'Yes' Emmy Award winning actor Oscar Nunez, who has won accolades and numerous awards (including two SAG Awards, an Emmy, an ALMA Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, and many more), for his performance as Oscar Martinez for nine seasons on NBC's smash hit "THE OFFICE", has joined the principal cast of the motion picture YES, based on Tim Realbuto's play. Mr. Nunez will play Hollywood journalist and television host Mark Bradley.

Aside from "THE OFFICE", Mr. Nunez's countless film and television credits include "AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE"; "LIFE IN PIECES"; THE PROPOSAL; "CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM"; THE ITALIAN JOB; BAYWATCH THE FILM; "BOB'S BURGERS"; "RENO 911!"; MISS STEVENS; "24"; "IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA"; "NEW GIRL"; "SHAMELESS"; MASCOTS; "BENCHED"; and many others.

As previously reported, Realbuto and "MODERN FAMILY" star Nolan Gould will headline the cast, which also features "SABRINA, THE TEENAGE WITCH" star Jenna Leigh Green. Other featured cast members include Drew Powell ("THE DANGEROUS BOOK FOR BOYS"), Natalie Roy ("THE AFFAIR"), Jeanine Bartel ("CHICAGO P.D."), Mavis Simpson-Ernst ("THE AMERICANS"), Kelly Kozakevich (BARISTAS), Doug Plaut ("UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT"), Michael Nigro ("THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE!"), and Cathy Salvodon ("JESSICA JONES").

Realbuto's two-person play has been expanded to include several new characters and locations for the big screen (he also penned the screenplay).

According to press notes, YES tells the story of alcoholic, pill-popping, washed up child-star Patrick Nolan (Realbuto), who is begrudgingly dragged from his nearly uninhabitable apartment by his sister Annie (Green) to see his niece in a high school production of 'Romeo and Juliet.' Starring as Romeo is 17-year-old Jeremiah (Gould), who immediately catches Patrick's eye. Patrick, who was involved in a SCANDAL involving a minor years earlier (which ruined his career and his life), decides to mentor Jeremiah. What begins as an innocent acting lesson turns into something much more dangerous, and a love affair of two surprisingly common minds. The destruction, or salvation, of the two main characters will last a lifetime.

Rob Margolies (SHE WANTS ME; LIFELINES; ROOMMATE WANTED) will direct and produce the film, which will be released through his company Different Duck Films. Filming begins on June 2nd throughout New York City and Los Angeles. No release date has yet been set.

Although it has not yet been officially decided by the MPAA, YES will most likely be rated 'R' due to strong language, drug and alcohol use, mild sexual situations, and violence.
