The Food Network Will Not Renew Paula Deen's Contract

The Food Network will not be renewing Paula Deen's contract, which expires at the end of the month, according to a statement by a network spokesperson.

Deen is currently facing a discrimination lawsuit for using a racial slur during a deposition in a civil lawsuit.

She then released her first public apology this morning, followed by another, more heartfelt video.

Deen has appeared on the Food Network in Paula's Party, The Next Food Network Star, Paula's Home Cooking, Not My Mama's Meals, Paula's Best Dishes and more.
