TMZ is reporting that TLC has pulled its reality series "19 Kids and Counting" from its lineup following a recent confession from Josh Duggar of molestation. According to the report, the the fate of the show remains uncertain.

Deadline reported yesterday that Josh Duggar issued a statement about his molestation allegations on May 21st. This is not the first molestation SCANDAL TLC has faced with one of their stars. Late last year HERE COMES HONEY BOO BOO was cancelled due to Mama June, one of the show's stars, dating a convicted child molestor. This raises the question of whether TLC will choose to cancel 19 KIDS AND COUNTING, one of the channel's highest rated shows.

Josh Duggar resigned as the executive director of the Family Research Council and released a statement saying he had "acted inexcusably" and was "deeply sorry" for "[his] wrongdoing" after allegations had surfaced that he had inappropriately touched underage girls, including his sisters, when he was a teenager.

Duggar's statement, posted on Facebook, addresses the situation that happened 12 years ago by stating that he "acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret" and that he "confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation." He continues, "We spoke with the authorities, where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents ARRANGED for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life. I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and come into my life."

Duggar's statement was posted hours after a redacted report was found showing that Jim Bob, Duggar's father, had waited a year before taking his son to the Springdale Police Department in Arkansas. The Police did not follow through with the investigation.

In that same Facebook post, Duggar's parents Jim Bob and Michelle said: "Back 12 years ago our family went through one of the most difficult times of our lives. When Josh was a young teenager, he made some very bad mistakes and we were shocked. We had tried to teach him right from wrong. That dark and difficult time caused us to seek God like never before. Even though we would never choose to go through something so terrible, each one of our family members drew closer to God."

When TLC canceled HONEY BOO BOO, they released a statement saying "Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority."
