FOX (7.37 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.6, #1) topped a tight race on Wednesday with new episodes of THE X FACTOR (6.92 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 2.4, #T5) and a second "The X Factor" (7.83 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.8, #3).
