MEET THE ARTISTS

Amber Nicole (Team Christina) - Houston, TX
Amber comes from a large, musically inclined family. Her dad is in a jazz band and her older sister, a successful vocal coach, has coached Amber since she was 13. She's performing on The Voice to make her family proud. Follow Amber on Twitter at @theamberscott

Anthony Paul (Team CeeLo; Stolen by Team Christina) - Twinsburg, OH
Anthony was a standout show choir singer throughout high school. After countless performances with his show choir group, The Voice will be his first time performing solo. Although his parents stress the importance of education, he has put college on hold to pursue his dream and audition for The Voice. He hopes he made the right decision. Briana Cuoco (Team Christina; Stolen by Blake) - Thousand Oaks, CA
Briana Cuoco has a background in musical theatre and briefly worked as a dancer. Talent runs in her family - she's currently the personal assistant to her sister, actress Kaley Cuoco of TV's "The Big Bang Theory." She loves her sister but she's ready to break away and focus on building a career of her own. Follow Briana on Twitter at @bricuoco

Caroline Pennell (Team CeeLo) - Saddle River, NJ
Caroline's parents met in an acapella group in college, so it was only a matter of time until Caroline got the music bug. She learned to sing at Summer Camp and took the skills she learned to record a full album this past year. She's never performed at a large venue before so The Voice will be her biggest audience yet. Follow Caroline on Twitter at @carolinepennell

Grey (Team Adam) - Jacksonville, FL and Boston, MA
Grey grew up performing. She attended a performing arts high school, joined a rock band, and studied music at Berklee School of Music in Boston. Now she performs three nights a week with a Wedding Band and works in retail to make ends meet. With so much experience, Grey expected it to be easier for her to have a career as a musician, but she is hoping The Voice will give her the shot she's been waiting for. Follow Grey on Twitter at @MusicbyGrey.

Jacquie Lee (Team Christina) - Colts Neck, NJ
In fourth grade, Jacquie had her own type of blind audition when she sang to her family from a closet because she was too nervous to sing in front of people. After embracing her talent, she has since won local competitions and performs to raise money for several charities on a regular basis. Follow Jacquie on Twitter at @jacquieleemusic

Nic Hawk (Team Adam; Stolen by Blake) - Davenport, IA and Dallas, TX
Nic is a big character who loves dance and musical theatre. Right after high school, he got a job as a traveling musical theatre performer and performed in shows for more than four years. Nic recently moved back home to Iowa to help his mother and younger brother, where he teaches dance a few nights a week. Follow Nic on Twitter at @mrnichawk

Shelbie Z. (Team Blake) - Jasper, AL
With a big voice and a personality to match, Shelbie wants nothing more than to win. Originally from Alabama, she's a cosmetologist by day and a pageant consultant for young girls by night. She also competes in pageants herself, where she can showcase her singing. Follow Shelbie on
Twitter at @Shelbie_Z

Tessanne Chin (Team Adam) - Jamaica
Growing up on the island of Jamaica with musical parents, Tessanne knew she always wanted to be a musician. For three years, she sang back-up for reggae legend Jimmy Cliff, but eventually broke out as a solo artist in Jamaica. Tessanne has not been able to make any waves in the USA, but she's hoping that The Voice will take her global. Follow Tessanne on Twitter at @Tessanne
