Steve Carell, Jim Carrey Set for MTV FIRST: THE INCREDIBLE BURT WONDERSTONE Tonight

Continuing its celebration of the forthcoming "2013 MTV Movie Awards," MTV today announced that Steve Carell and Jim Carrey will appear on-air to debut an exclusive clip from their upcoming comedy "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" tonight, March 12 during MTV FIRST: THE INCREDIBLE BURT WONDERSTONE.

Beginning at 7:56 p.m. ET on MTV, Carell and Carrey will be joined by MTV News' Josh Horowitz to personally introduce the clip. The duo will then head online to MTV.com for a 30-minute sit-down interview where they will also take fan questions via Twitter (using @MTVNews / hash-tag #MTVFirst #AskBurt). Then on Friday, March 15, Carell and Carrey's co-star Olivia Wilde will join MTV News' Josh Horowitz on MTV to discuss the film during "Rated MTV: Movie Awards Edition" beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET.
"The Incredible Burt Wonderstone," in theaters Friday, March 15, stars Steve Carell and Steve Buscemi as superstar Las Vegas magicians and one-time best friends Burt and Anton, and Olivia Wilde as their glamorous magic assistant, Jane. Alan Arkin stars as old-school illusionist Rance Holloway; James Gandolfini as casino mogul Doug Munny; and Jim Carrey as the team's number one rival, guerilla street magician Steve Gray.
MTV recently unveiled a slate of movie and film themed programming that will culminate at the "2013 MTV Movie Awards," starring Rebel Wilson as host airing live on Sunday, April 14 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT from the Sony Pictures Studios Lot in Culver City, CA. The programming kicked off Tuesday, March 5 with the "MTV Movie Awards Nominations Spectacular" and was followed by the debut of "Rated MTV: Movie Awards Edition," airing every Friday night through April 5 as a destination for movie fans to watch fan-favorite flicks, get the latest "MTV Movie Awards" breaking news and check out interstitial interviews with a variety of celebrities chatting about their upcoming new film releases. The celebration will continue on the network the week of April 8 every night at 11:00 p.m. ET with the return of the "MTV Movie Awards Sneak Peek Week," giving fans a sneak peek of five of the most anticipated Summer Blockbuster films, along with sit down interviews with some of Hollywood's biggest stars.
