SportsEngine Inc., a division of NBC Sports Group, announced today a multi-year agreement with United States Youth Futsal to power their national website at www.usyouthfutsal.com. As a growing governing body for Futsal in the United States, adoption of a world class technology platform to manage a national website and member data was necessary to support not only national initiatives, but the growing network of affiliate leagues across the country. Also announced as part of the agreement is a US Youth Futsal Member League Technology Program that provides a full suite of technology for member leagues to manage their website, player registration, and league competitions.

Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced, small sided soccer game that is played across the world, and is officially recognized by both FIFA and UEFA. Futsal is played by 12 million players in more than 100 countries. Soccer superstars such as Pele, Zico, Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka and Katia grew up playing the game, and credit futsal with developing their skills.

Additionally, to help grow Futsal participation in local leagues, every US Youth Futsal program will be available on the new SportsEngine.com at no charge to US Youth Futsal member leagues and clubs.

"We are thrilled to partner with one of the fastest growing national organizations within the game," said John Weinerth, Vice President of Soccer at SportsEngine. "The leadership of US Youth Futsal has a tremendous passion and vision for growing the game of Futsal and we have crafted a partnership providing both great technology and promotional scale to help them grow the sport."

"We are extremely excited about our partnership with SportsEngine to provide the most up-to-date technology, tools and resources for our entire membership," said US Youth Futsal CEO, Jon Parry. "The SportsEngine platform will provide better technological capabilities to us a national organization and improved services for our members which was critically important."

The new US Youth Futsal website powered by SportsEngine is now live at http://www.usyouthfutsal.com/.
