The star and executive producer of GREY'S ANATOMY discusses the Debbie Allen DANCE ACADEMY and how she keeps it hot with her husband, former NBA all-star Norm Nixon, after 33 years of marriage! The hosts also chat about if it's ok to tell people how to spend their money and whether they would give up their careers for love.

Later, comedians George Lopez, Cedric the Entertainer and D.L. Hughley stop by to discuss The Comedy Get Down, their behind-the-scenes comedy series on BET.
