Dan Gilroy (The Bourne Legacy) is writing the script based on the comic book series, which is centered on a Chinese expatriate who must either stay in prison or enlist in an underground U.S. "super soldier program". He chooses the latter.

Leehom became a global singing sensation after participating in a competition in Taiwan. His past film credits include Lust, Caution and Love in Disguise, which he also directed, as well as Little Big Soldier, Starlit High Noon, Moon Child and more.

His upcoming projects include Yang Gui Fei, Wu Wen Xi Dong, My Lucky Star and Cyber.
