In support of Bill Clinton's upcoming 68th birthday, House of Cards' Kevin Spacey (as his House of Cards character, Frank Underwood) called up Hilary Clinton to show off his Bill Clinton impersonation. As Clinton, Spacey makes an odd birthday request of the former first lady in this video.
