Emmy Award-winning actress, host and comedian Rosie O'Donnell guest stars on "The Fosters" as Rita Henricks, a caring woman actively involved in the foster care system, and will participate in a live Twitter chat with fans during the East Coast broadcast of the series tonight, Monday, August 4th, at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT.
