Andy Dick shares the secret behind those abs, Sean Lowe -- destined to be Prom Queen?! -- and Derek Hough schools Kellie Pickler in the vernacular of Samurai swords in an all new installment of ABC.com's "Dancing with the Stars: Pre-Show " web series. Head on over to ABC.com/Dancing to check it out.

This week's series features un-aired confessionals, field correspondent Jake Whetter's candid and often hilarious interviews with the "Dancing with the Stars" contestants, and expert commentary from host Marc Istook, actress Candis Cayne, Glamour.com's Jessica Radloff and TV personality Stuart Brazell, as well as a live acoustic performance by up-and-coming singer Sonna Rele. Rele was recently discovered by three-time Grammy winner Ne-Yo, who signed her to a record deal soon after seeing her "Music Monday" videos on Facebook.

Presented by AT&T, "Dancing with the Stars: Pre-Show" is an original online video series designed to jumpstart the conversation on ABC.com using #DWTS. Each week fans can tune in as Istook ("The Bachelor: After Party") and Whetter (Radio Disney's "Celebrity Take With Jake") discuss the season's performances, go behind the scenes with the contestants, offer insight from pop culture experts and solicit demonstrations from ballroom dance experts.
