Meanwhile, Deputy Mayor Holbrook pulls a gun on Clark and Margot, Agnes drives away with her father and Owen gets his long-deserved promotion, on Tuesday, May 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Michael Madsen guest stars as Clark's estranged father.
