And then, they meet the neighbors. . . . aliens from the planet Zabvron -- and the Weavers are the first humans they've ever met -- on the premiere of "The Neighbors," WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 (9:31-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
