PHOTO: Anna Kendrick and 'The Bellas' Begin Filming on PITCH PERFECT 3

As PITCH PERFECT fans eagerly await the third installment of the musically-themed franchise, hitting theaters in December, stars Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Banks shared photos on Instagram yesterday to reveal that the 'Bellas' have reunited and that filming is now underway.

According to Deadline, in PITCH PERFECT 3, the Bellas will go head-to-head with a group called Dew. Andy Allo, a singer originally discovered by Prince, will take on the role of Charity, a member of the new a cappella group.

PITCH PERFECT 3 hits theaters on December 22, 2017 from Universal Pictures. Directed by Trish Sie, the film will once again star Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Britanny Snow, and Ruby Rose
