A record 2.6 million viewers tuned in for the fall finale of Tyler Perry's "The Haves and The Have Nots" Tuesday, September 3 (9 p.m.) on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network making it the #1 telecast in series history across all key measures.

The series has grown for eight consecutive weeks in the key female demo, propelling the finale episode to score its highest rating of the season with a 2.21 women 25-54 rating, delivering +40% growth women 25-54 and +44% growth in total viewers versus the season average (1.58 W25-54, 1.8 million total viewers). Additionally, the episode built in every quarter hour, posting double-digit growth (+12%) over the course of the 9 p.m. hour in the key women 25-54 demo.

New episodes of "The Haves and The Have Nots" will return in January 2014.
