Nick Kroll: Thank You Very Cool Comedy Central Special Debuts 1/29

Nick Kroll gives viewers a reason to be thankful in his first one-hour stand-up special titled "Nick Kroll: Thank You Very Cool." This World Premiere, an original COMEDY CENTRAL one-hour stand-up special, debuts on Saturday, January 29 at 10:00 p.m.

In his special, rising star Nick Kroll ("The League," "Date Night," "Get Him to the Greek") blows the doors off the time-honored one-hour format by weaving in hilarious short films, as well as appearances by his infamous characters Fabrice Fabrice, Bobby Bottleservice, El Chupacabra and Oh, Hello (featuring John Mulaney, "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents" and "Saturday Night Live").

This seminal comedy event marks the arrival of an exciting new voice in stand-up and is definitely not to be missed.
Leading up to the on-air premiere, Jokes.com will feature preview and exclusive clips from the special.

"Nick Kroll: Thank You Very Cool" stand-up special is produced and directed by Ryan Polito through his company, Film Signal. Jonas Larsen and ElizaBeth Porter are the executives in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL.

Kroll currently stars in FX's "The League" and voices the character Stu on HBO's animated series "The Life & Times of Tim." In the past year, Kroll has appeared in "Childrens' Hospital," Fox's "Date Night," DreamWorks' "Dinner For Schmucks" and Universal's "Little Fockers" and "Get Him to the Greek." He has also appeared in "I Love You, Man," as well as the independent film "A Good Old-Fashioned Orgy." Kroll has also been seen on COMEDY CENTRAL's "Live at Gotham," "John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show" and "RENO 911!," as well as VH1's "Best Week Ever." Kroll has been a contributing writer to "The Life & Times of Tim," "The League," "Human Giant" and "Chappelle's Show," as well as creating and co-writing Bar Mitzvah Disco for Crown Publishing. Kroll was named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch" in 2009.
