According to Deadline, GLEE's Naya Rivera will appear in a recurring role on Lifetime's DEVIOUS MAIDS. Not only that, but the star will also return to THE VIEW as a guest co-host this month.

In DEVIOUS MAIDS, Rivera will play 'Blanca', described as "a new maid in the neighborhood who has landed a job with the seemingly picture-perfect Beverly Hills family. But she soon discovers a terrible secret -- something that could change her life forever."

DEVIOUS MAIDS is set in a world where murder and mayhem collide in the mansions of Beverly Hills' wealthiest and most powerful families. Class warfare has never been as fun and dirty as it is in the tiny enclave where the staff is as clever, witty and downright devilish as their employers. The series centers on a close-knit group of maids, Marisol (Ortiz), Rosie (Ramírez), Carmen (Sánchez), Valentina (Ganem) and Zoila (Reyes), who are bonded together by their jobs, life struggles and the melodramatic universe that engulfs their employers. DEVIOUS MAIDS also stars Grant Show, Rebecca Wisocky, Tom Irwin, Drew Van Acker and Mark Deklin.

Inspired by the hit telenovela, "Ellas son... la alegría del hogar," and created by Marc Cherry, DEVIOUS MAIDS is produced by ABC Studios. Season three will be executive produced by Cherry, Sabrina Wind (Desperate Housewives) and Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives). Joining them is the creative team of Ric Swartzlander (Cougar Town), Brian Tanen (Desperate Housewives), Larry Shuman (Kissing Miranda), David Lonner, John Mass and Televisa USA's Paul Presburger and Michael Garcia.

Rivera made four previous appearances on THE VIEW last year, and the fact that she's been asked back again could mean bigger things for her role on the daytime show.

THE VIEW is a live, one-hour daily talk show from ABC (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET) featuring moderator Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace. It is the original forum in which real women discuss everyday issues, share their opinions and engage in colorful conversations. THE VIEW is owned and produced by ABC. Bill Wolff is executive producer. Brian Balthazar is co-executive producer. THE VIEW is directed by Ashley S. Gorman.

Rivera is currently starring in FOX's musical dramedy GLEE's sixth and final season.
