NBC's TONIGHT SHOW Wins Late Night Week in Every Key Demographic

TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON has won the late-night ratings week of July 24-28 versus its ABC and CBS time-period competition in every key demographic - adults, men and women 18-34; adults, men and women 18-49; and adults, men and women 25-54, according to "live plus same day" results from Nielsen Media Research.

For the week, "Tonight" generated a +34% margin of victory in adult 18-49 rating versus CBS' "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," averaging a 0.59 rating in adults 18-49 versus Colbert's 0.44.

At 12:35 a.m. ET last week, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" finished #1 in the timeslot versus CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" in all key demographics, and in their head-to-head half-hour from 12:30 to 1 a.m. ET, "Late Night" beat ABC's "Nightline" in every key measure.

Meyers' generated a +45% margin of victory versus "Late Late Show" for the week in adults 18-49, with a 0.32 rating average versus a 0.22.

Season to date, "Tonight Show" is winning its timeslot versus its ABC and CBS competition in every key demographic. Excluding weeks of the NBA Playoffs, Fallon has won every week of the season in adults 18-49 versus his ABC and CBS competition (L+SD). At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night" is winning its time period versus "Late Late Show" and "Nightline" in all key categories.
