NBC NIGHTLY NEWS WITH LESTER HOLT ranked #1 across the board for the week of November 28, averaging 9.3 million total viewers, leading "ABC World News Tonight" by +226,000 (+2%) viewers and "CBS Evening News" by 1.7 million viewers (+23%).
Nightly News continues its dominance in the demo, averaging 2.34 million A25-54 viewers for the week, marking a three week high (since Election week). The NBC News broadcast led ABC by +348,000 (+18%) and CBS by +599,000 (+35%). Week to week, Nightly News saw the biggest demo growth (+163,000) and improved its A25-54 leads over ABC by +30% and over CBS by +56%. This was Nightly News's widest demo advantage over ABC since the week of October 3, 2016. Compared to the same week last season, Nightly News's A25-54 lead versus ABC was up +8% (+348,000 vs. +322,000). Among A18-49, Nightly News averaged 1.7 million viewers for the week, topping ABC by +324,000 (+23%) and CBS by + 527,000 (+45%). The NBC News broadcast has ranked #1 in A25-54 and A18-49 for 70 of the last 71 weeks. This was Nightly News's best A18-49 delivery since Election Week and its widest non-Olympics advantage over ABC since the week of January 18, 2016.Videos
