Mika Brzezinsi's KNOW YOUR VALUE Returns to NYC This October for Star-Studded Program

Mika Brzezinski, founder of "Know Your Value" and co-host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe," announced today the return of the "Know Your Value" event on Oct. 30 at The Grand Hyatt in New York City. The all-day program, in partnership with NBCUniversal News Group, will feature a star-studded lineup of speakers, workshops, interactive panels and trainings designed to empower women in their personal and professional lives.

Brzezinski will be joined by a powerful lineup of female leaders from across industries, including Sarah Jessica Parker, actress and businesswoman; Martha Stewart, Founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Emmy Award-winning television show host; Jane Pauley, anchor of "CBS Sunday Morning"; Bobbi Brown, founder of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics; Laura Brown, editor-in-chief of InStyle; Katty Kay, anchor of BBC News' "Beyond 100 Days"; and Tracy Anderson, health and wellness expert and creator of the Tracy Anderson Method.

Women in the tri-state area can also enter the "Grow Your Value Bonus Competition" for a chance to win travel and accommodations to the Oct. 30 event as well as coaching, styling, and a $5,000 grand prize.

The program is an extension of Brzezinski's "Know Your Value" nationwide initiative that brought sold-out events to Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Boston, Orlando, and Hartford in 2014 and 2015.

About the "Grow Your Value Bonus Competition"

The submission period for the "Grow Your Value Bonus Competition" begins September 21, 2017 at 12:01 A.M. ET and ends October 8, 2017 at 11:59 P.M. ET. Click here to enter the competition and to view the official rules and prize details.

Contest entrants in the tri-state area must submit a 60-second video explaining to Brzezinski why they deserve a $5,000 bonus and a professional makeover. Contestants can enter by submitting their 60-second video using the online form provided here. Submissions can be uploaded using either manual upload directly on the site, or by sharing videos uploaded to their personal Twitter or Instagram accounts and using the hashtag #growyourvaluecontest.

There will be three finalists who will each receive: Travel and accommodations to New York City for the Oct. 30 event in The Grand Hyatt, professional coaching and styling at the "Know Your Value" event. The contestants will then have the opportunity to appear onstage at the event to pitch their story to the judges, live audience and viewers across NBC platforms. One grand prize winner will be selected at the conference to receive $5,000.
