Michelle Dockery Hints at DOWNTON ABBEY Film: 'It May Not Be Over Yet'

In a new interview with the UK's The Telegraph, Michelle Dockery revealed that a big screen adaptation of DOWNTON ABBEY may be in the works.

"I think there is potential for a film," Dockery told site. "That is something I would wholeheartedly consider, so we will see. It may not be over yet." Downton ended its six-season run in March, and Dockery shared she would love to reunite with her fellow cast members. "The thing that I miss the most are my cast members. But we are still very close," she said.

Creator Julian Fellowes has also expressed interest in bringing the historical drama series to theaters.
