Michael B. Jordan and Lori Greiner to be Honored by Big Brothers Big Sisters Gala

Michael B. Jordan and Lori Greiner will be among those honored at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles 2018 Big Bash Gala, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The annual celebration will be on October 19th at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and will bestow awards to "individuals who are inspiring and positive role models to our youth." Founded by Walt Disney and Meredith Willson in 1955, Big Brothers Big Sisters provides children, often in difficult home or school situations, with professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships.

Jordan will receive the Trailblazer Award for creating an Omaze campaign benefiting the non-profit during the release of his film Creed. He will also be recognized for visiting the children supported by Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Shark Tank's Greiner will be presented with the Sherry Lansing Award for her charity donations.

Comedian Orny Adams will host the fundraiser.
