MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD was the #1 most-watched Sunday show for the month of May in the key A25-54 demo. MTP also won every broadcast it aired in May across the board, averaging 3.421 million viewers: +11 percent (+348,000) more than ABC's "This Week."

Because of its May 21 pre-emption, just one percent (-23,000) separated MTP from CBS' "Face the Nation," which continues to rate for only 30 minutes of its hour-long program.

MTP, which won May in the demo most-valued by news advertisers, delivered an average of 1.038 million viewers. It is the only Sunday broadcast to consistently deliver more than one million key demo viewers. The program topped CBS by +31 percent (+245,000) and ABC by +29 percent (+231,000) in monthly averages.

May marks the 16th straight month that MTP has won the key demo. It's been nearly six years (from June 2010 to September 2011) that the broadcast has had a 16-month demo streak.

MTP was retitled and not rated this past Sunday, May 28, due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Tune in to "Meet the Press" this Sunday, and follow the show on Facebook and on Twitter for the latest.
