Lightyear Entertainment has announced the release of a new film, Little Glory, an emotional and haunting coming-of-age drama, starring Cameron Bright (Running Scared, Twilight New Moon, X-Men 3) as a troubled teen who finds himself suddenly thrown into a position of responsibility for his little sister when their parents die.

In addition to the Twilight saga, Bright co-starred with Robert de Niro in Godsend, and with Nicole Kidman in Birth. His sister Julie is played by rising young star Isabella Blake-Thomas, who has appeared in a number of British TV series, and contributes an unforgettably appealing performance in Little Glory. Hannah Murray, known for her role in the TV series "Skins" and as Gilly in the high-profile HBO series Game of Thrones, plays Cameron's girlfriend.
When director Vincent Lannoo first read the script for Little Glory, he fell in love with the story and brought it to producer John Engel, who was also taken with the relationship between two young orphans trying to survive against the odds.

The film will be seen in select theaters across the U.S. starting in June, 2015, with theaters booked through Austin-based film crowdsourcing company Tugg. Social media will be handled by LA-based Plastick Media, aimed initially at fans of the Twilight series. Initial screenings in June are set for Los Angeles, Dedham, Massachusetts, and Paramus, New Jersey. Fans can sign up to sponsor screenings in other locations (and can earn a percentage of their box office) by clicking on the link below.

The first 15 fans to sign up for each screening will receive a movie poster signed by Cameron Bright and Isabella Blake-Thomas. In addition, a random screening attendee at each screening will receive a FaceTime or phone call from the star, Cameron Bright.

The DVD and digital release in the U.S. and Canada is set for September 15 through eOne Distribution. Video on Demand will occur in September through inDemand and Vubiquity.
