Controversy has been following Bryan Singer, director of the X-Men movies, for years and he is finally hitting back. According to the Associated Press, a lawsuit was filed against him saying that he sexually abused a 17 year old in Hawaii. His lawyer stated that the Singer has credit card receipts, telephone records, and production schedules proving that he wasn't in Hawaii during the time of the accusation.

Singer's lawyer claims that "the director was in Toronto working on his first major studio film from August through October 1999." There has been no comment from Michael Egan III, who filed the lawsuit.
