NBC UNIVERSO, the modern entertainment and sports cable channel for Latinos, presents the fourth episode of "Top Chef Mexico" this Thursday, March 10 at 9pm/8C.

Another guest of honor in this episode will be chocolate and the Quick-fire challenge will consist of preparing a dessert based in this delicious pleasure. Luis Robledo and host Ana Claudia Talancón will taste and evaluate the culinary creations to include four elements: a hot and frozen preparation, a ganash and an edible chocolate base.

Last week's elimination challenge put cheftestants's memory to the test and the fourth participant to leave the competition was Adria Marina, chef owner of Foodtruck Don Ramen y Azarosa in Tijuana, BC.

This Thursday, the twelve remaining cheftestants unleash their creativity and romanticism to conquer judges' taste buds with their culinary creations. Every chef will be assigned a chapter from "Like Water for Chocolate" that will inspire them to narrate the story of each recipe. Judge Martha Ortiz will critique the culinary aspect and guest judge Laura Esquivel who knows the dishes' recipes by heart, will evaluate the quality.
