GLEE has covered Lady Gaga's songs many a time, and even had an episode centered around her songs. Yet Gaga herself has never appeared on GLEE. Is that about to change?

Well, if the pop sensation has her way, it just might. "I would love to," she told Perez Hilton. "We should just work it out...I know that they're doing some more music on the show soon - and they just did the amazing Born This Way episode. So I would love to. Glee's an amazing show. I really like what it stands for."

GLEE follows an optimistic teacher (Matthew Morrison) who - against all odds and a malicious cheerleading coach (Jane Lynch) - inspires McKinley High's Glee Club to conquer the world one singing competition at a time. GLEE stars Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer, Jessalyn Gilsig, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison, Amber Riley, Mark Salling and Jenna Ushkowitz.

GLEE is produced by Ryan Murphy Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television. Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan are co-creators of the series. Murphy, Falchuk and Dante di Loreto serve as executive producers, while Ian Brennan serves as co-executive producer.

Lady Gaga released her debut album, "The Fame," in 2008, winning Grammys for Electronic/Dance Album and Dance Recording (for "Poker Face"), and earning five #1 hits. Her follow-up, "The Fame Monster," produced the smash singles "Bad Romance" and "Telephone," and recently received three Grammys, including Female Pop Vocal Performance (for "Bad Romance"), Pop Vocal Album and Short Form Music Video (for "Bad Romance"). "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster" have sold more than 15 million copies combined.
