The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson Super Bowl SPECIAL posted the late night program's second-largest audience ever and its second-highest deliveries in key demographics, according to according to Nielsen time period adjusted live plus same day fast nationals for Sunday, Feb. 3.

The Super Bowl edition of THE LATE LATE SHOW from 12:47-1:47 AM posted a 3.0/11with 4.43m viewers, 1.9 in adults 25-54, 1.7 in adults 18-49 and 1.5 in adults 18-34. LATE LATE SHOW delivered its second-best performances in these measures behind the Super Bowl XLI (Feb. 4, 2007) broadcast.

Ferguson's guests included Neil Patrick Harris, Steve Carell, Julie Chen, Channing Tatum, Nikki Reed and New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
