Currently in its ninth season, NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daly" breaks out of the traditional talk show mode by introducing a gritty and innovative documentary style format to late-night television. Host Carson Daly gives audiences a unique perspective -- unlike any other late-night show -- by getting out of the studio and taking the show on location each night bringing the viewer along on the journey.

Recent highlights include Daly's motorcycle trip across the historic Route 66, a visit to comedian Tom Green's house in the Hollywood Hills, and an impromptu hang at the Whiskey Bar with the Grammy Award-winning band Kings of Leon.

Continuing the tradition of giving new performers a forum to have their music heard nationwide, Daly recently featured five promising artists including Little Boots, Melanie Fiona, Charles Hamilton, Robert Francis and N.A.S.A. All of these shows were shot at various locations in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Daly has always been a trendsetter when it comes to introducing new musical talent with fresh sounds on his show -- firmly placing "Last Call" at the forefront of today's evolving music scene. Many successful acts such as Maroon 5, The Killers, Katy Perry, Asher Roth, Ray LaMontagne and Gavin DeGraw have made network TV debuts on "Last Call."

"Last Call with Carson Daly" is produced by Universal Media Studios. Stewart Bailey and Guy Oseary are the executive producers.
