Lifetime is set to premiere the original movie Of Two Minds, starring and executive produced by Emmy(R)-nominated actress Kristin Davis (Sex and the City, Couples Retreat) and co-starring Emmy(R)-winner Tammy Blanchard (Moneyball, LMN's Amish Grace) and Oscar(R)-winner Louise Fletcher (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest). From a screenplay by Oscar-nominated writer Richard Friedenberg (A River Runs Through It, Promise), the Sony Pictures Television distributed film takes the viewer on an emotional journey as they are given an intimate look at a family's struggle to cope with a loved one suffering from schizophrenia and the challenges that threaten to tear them apart. Of Two Minds will debut on Lifetime Saturday, March 10, at 8 pm ET/PT.

Of Two Minds follows the story of the challenging relationship between "Billie" (Davis) and her younger schizophrenic sister, "Elizabeth, 'Baby'" (Blanchard). After their mother dies, Billie takes responsibility by moving Baby in with her family, including her husband, their teenage son and young daughter. At first, Baby and the family work to adjust to their new living arrangement. However, after a disturbing incident involving her son and Baby, it becomes clear to Billie that she and her family are not equipped to handle Baby's illness, ultimately forcing her to make the difficult decision to do what's best for her sister and her family.

Davis most recently reprised her role as the ever-hopeful "Charlotte" in Sex and the City 2, the sequel to the 2008 big-screen hit Sex and the City, which was number one at the box office on its opening weekend and grossed over $415 million worldwide. Both films were based on the successful series, in which she also starreD. Davis' role as "Charlotte" for six seasons on the series earned her individual "Best Supporting Actress" nominations for both an Emmy and a Golden Globe(R) AwarD. Davis and her co-stars also won two Screen Actors Guild Awards(R) for "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series."

Prior to Sex and the City, Davis starred as the devious "Brooke Armstrong" in the pop culture phenomenon, Melrose Place. Her additional television credits include the TNT Original Movie The Winning Season, as well as guest-starring roles on other iconic shows such as Will & Grace, Seinfeld, Friends, ER and The Larry Sanders Show. An active philanthropist, Davis serves as an Oxfam Global Ambassador and participated in the Montreal Millennium Summit as a speaker on their behalf. She has also spoken outside the United Nations in an effort to eradicate poverty and fight for social justice.

Screenwriter Richard Friedenberg received critical acclaim in 1986 with Promise, a groundbreaking TV movie that gave audiences an emotional and gritty look inside a family dealing with schizophrenia. Starring James Garner and James Woods, Promise went on to win multiple Emmys Awards, including "Outstanding Writing for a Miniseries, Movie or Dramatic Special" and "Outstanding Drama/Comedy Special." Additionally, that year the film was awarded the prestigious Peabody Award and the Humanitas Prize, which honors writers whose work explores the human condition in meaningful way. Friedenberg's other major television awards include an Emmy win and Humanitas nomination for the TV movie Bitter Harvest and an Oscar nod for his work on A River Runs Through It. Recently Friedenberg penned Lifetime's The 19th Wife, based on David Ebershoff's New York Times best-selling novel that takes an inside look at the secret world of polygamy.
