Kate Bosworth, Thomas Jane to Lead Horror Film SOMNIA

According to The Hollywood Reporter, former HUNG star Thomas Jane and SUPERMAN RETURNS' Kate Bosworth have boarded the upcoming horror flick SOMNIA. OCULUS' Mike Flanagan will direct.

SOMNIA follows "an orphaned child (Jacob Tremblay) whose dreams and nightmares manifest physically as he sleeps. Bosworth and Jane will play the child's parents."

Sierra/Affinity will handle the international sales, with Trevor Macy of Intrepid Pictures and Demarest's Sam Englebardt producing.

"SOMNIA is a natural follow up to Oculus for Mike. We are thrilled that Kate and Thomas have joined us for Somnia, and look forward to Sierra presenting both titles at the AFM," said Macy.

The film is set to begin filming this weekend.
