Justin Bieber returns to NBC's TODAY next week for the debut of his new album, Purpose. Bieber will talk to Matt Lauer in a live one-on-one interview Monday, November 16, and he will perform a live concert on Rockefeller Plaza Wednesday, November 18.

Special guest artists will join Bieber during the concert. Bieber announced his appearances on TODAY this morning:
