Justin Bieber Set for 'SIMPSONS' Cameo

TVGuide reports that pop star Justin Bieber will lend his voice for an animated cameo appearance on the long-running FOX comedy THE SIMPSONS. The singer recently wrapped up recording the episode titled "The Fabulous Faker Boy" which is expected to air in 2013.

Bieber broke the news in a now-deleted tweet, which read, "just did a voice over for the SIMPSONS!!! #swaggy."

Simpson executive producer Al Jean confirmed the news to Entertainment Weekly, revealing that the teen heart throb will play himself in the episode in which he, "tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in and they won't admit him."

The 24th season of THE SIMPSONS premieres September 30 at 8/7c on FOX.

BELIEVE is Executive Produced by Scott "Scooter" Braun and Usher Raymond IV, and track producers include Max Martin, Mike Posner, MdL, Diplo, Hit-Boy, The Messengers, Zedd, Rodney Jerkins, and Justin’s vocal producer, Kuk Harrell. The album features guest appearances by Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Big Sean.
