Jason Bateman, Rachel McAdams Sign On for New Comedy GAME NIGHT

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rachel McAdams is in final discussions to join Jason Bateman in New Line's upcoming comedy GAME NIGHT. Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, who co-penned the project's latest script, will direct.

GAME NIGHT will follow "a group of couples who gather for their regularly planned game night when something goes murderously wrong."

Bateman will soon be seen in the new Netflix drama series Ozark. The show is expected to debut later this year. McAdams was recently seen on the big screen in Marvel's Doctor Strange. Her other theater credits include Spotlight, for which she received an Oscar nomination in the best supporting actress category.
