FX released a new scene from Season 18 of IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA showing Dennis and Dee's latest get rich quick scheme take them somewhere unexpected: the morgue. Dennis, played by Glenn Howerton, and Dee, played by Kaitlin Olson, are shown pursuing the plan in a clip built around the pair's familiar habit of chasing quick money through increasingly poor judgment.
The scene is drawn from Episode 2 of Season 18, the same episode that recently produced a clip showing Charlie and Frank staging their own version of a traditional Mummers parade to process grief while Mac helped his father engineer a prison break. That storyline aired alongside Dennis and Dee's morgue plot, giving the episode two distinct threads running through The Gang's usual dysfunction.
Season 18 has continued to pair local Philadelphia color with topical targets, with FX describing the season as sending Charlie, Mac, Dennis, Dee and Frank through inheritances, automation, conspiracy theories and sobriety's cultural swing, all while chaos persists at Paddy's Pub.
