TV Guide is reporting that Howie Mandel has signed on as judge for NBC's AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, replacing departed judge David Hasselhoff who announced last week that he was leaving the show to work on his own venture. Mandel, the Emmy-nominated former 'Deal or No Deal' host will join Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan at the judges' table.

'America's Got Talent' is a talent search from the producers of 'American Idol' featuring a variety of acts (singers, dancers, comedians, acrobats, jugglers and more) competing for fame and a million-dollar prize.

The show will resume next summer for its fifth season.
