Handler To Produce Workplace Comedy Starring Fortune Feimster for ABC

Chelsea Handler will produce DISCOUNTED, a workplace comedy starring writer and upcoming perforer, Fortune Feimster. Feimster is a member and writer on Handler's CHELSEA LATELY.
The pilot, backed by Universal TV, Handler, and Borderline Amazing Productions, follows half-sisters Julie and Missy, fighting to keep their family's furniture store from closing down. Feimster is set to co-write the script with Jim Freeman and BrIan Jarvis. The trio will co-executive produce as well. Mike Pennie (RAISING HOPE) will take the title of showrunner and also executive produce.
DISCOUNTED marks the third series backed by Borderline Amazing Prods. featuring members of the CHELSEA LATELY team. The others include Heather McDonald's comedy on fox, and Ingrid Haas' comedy at NBC.
